How to read the result

Cited means your brand appears in the sources block. That is the strongest signal. AI engines treat sources as the shortlist for click-through.

Mentioned, not cited means the AI referenced you in the answer body but not as a source. You have topical trust; you need better content assets to earn the source slot.

Not present means the AI does not know you belong in this answer. That is a GEO gap. Build a page that directly answers the query, add FAQPage schema, and earn a mention from a site the AI already cites.
